Louis Theroux Miami Mega Jail is a British television documentary film presented by and featuring Louis Theroux. It is in two parts, with part one initially shown onMay 2011 and part two shown onMay 2011.

Theroux spends time in Main Jail PTDC, one of the most notorious sections of the Miami jail system, including time on the fifth and sixth floors of the PTDC, where many of the most volatile inmates are incarcerated. Being held for pretrial, the inmates are to be considered innocent until proven guilty. In part two, he also spends time in the MiamiDade Boot Camp.Held in large cagelike dwellings, holding up tomen, the inmates have developed a strange and violent jail culture. The men remain in the cells almost all the time and may only leave for yard time twice a week, leading to their living under the sway of a gladiatorial code known as GABOS Game aint based on sympathy where, The most powerful inmate rules by sheer force of strength. They fight each other for food, for status and often just to pass the endless hours of confinement. Trips to the infirmary for the wounded are a frequent occurrence as inmates viciously attack and beat each other, but the guards say they are powerless to end the abuse.
